right...Fear Mongering

...that's thats why this was said by another well known and authoritative speaker in response to what Metasploit did:

Kaminsky said he was glad the number had come down, but that it was still very far from being an acceptable adoption rate and that people really needed to get patched. He stated:

Metasploit is going to destroy us.

We are in a lot of trouble, the attack is weaponized in the field, so everyone needs to patch, please!



Someone needs to stop drinking their own koolaid and get a grasp of the reality here. Publishing the attack code was completely irresponsible.
