Held Responsible

Its about time people like this are held responsible. What am I talking about? If I hand a bomb to someone and they go to their company, another company, or neighbor and use it, I would be held criminally responsible.

These, gentlemen, and I use the term loosely have just handed out a bomb. Just because it is bits and bytes does not make it anything less then a bomb. If it gets used they should be held accountable, for damage and other associated costs. Let them have their day in the spotlight, and the rest of their life paying for the stupidity.
