'Spam King' escapes from federal prison

This guy will now get thrown into a real prison (maybe even maximum security)

I just finished reading a book about the federal prison system. If you are stupid enough to run from a minimum security camp, you are "upgraded" to a maximum security penitentiary for the duration of your stay when they catch you.

Also, any sentencing agreements would be invalidated by the escape, so he's looking at significantly more time than the original sentence.

And if conditions are still like they were depicted in another book I read years called "Hothouse", which described life in Leavenworth and Marion prisons, I would commit suicide before going to one.
