In this section ?article? includes any program or data held in electronic form.

Looks to me like the person who finds a flaw is in deep grief unless he makes sure to never commit it to electronic form, including e-mail to the software vendor.

In very particular, anyone posting security patches to open-source projects are potentially doomed.
