Master Subscription Agreement (MSA)
Has anyone taken a look at the MSA for the
service??? I'm a SaaS believer, but when you see
stuff like this in an agreement,
"FINANCIALFORCE.COM AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO
REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTY AS TO THE
RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY,
TRUTH, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF
THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT." What should users
think?
