I still believe that hiring your own IT...
staff to provide service like this could be a better alternative for a lot of companies. SAP is overpriced and they are wanting to get pricier. In todays economy, outsourcing pricing is becoming less elastic. The only way to completely control these prices are to do them internally. Will Siemens be any happier with someone like IBM? I doubt it. And the switch over will be a nightmare.

In house, that's my choice.
