RE: ERP sales are falling: here's one reason
I recently had to find several CRM case studies for a grad school project. I did not have any issues easily locating case studies on sap.com for specific industries. Is it a matter of poor site design or poor search criteria? There were multiple times during this recent class where I was pulling out my hair searching for specific types of products or subjects only to stumble upon a plethora of them accidentally when I wasn't looking for them.
