LOVE those reasons for failed projects
Great article. I especially loved the reasons cited for failed projects. The first two fall squarely into the realm of PPM:
- Making the wrong software choices and force fitting solutions
- Setting unrealistic implementation targets

I loved seeing these because I believe the lack of sound PPM processes most contributes to our project failure rates. PPM ensures we make reasoned and rational choices and that we honor the internal and external constraints associated with delivering those choices.

Again, great article.
