Not a business model issue...
Dennis, SAP isn't only having a problem finding a workable *business model* for Business By Design, but it has having a fundamental problem getting workable *software*. There have been very significant performance and scalability issues, that, as I understand it, have brought back into question the whole hosting/multi-tenancy/onsite managed discussion. It was Peter's problem once, but now it is Vishal's, and it will be a great test of his abilities.
