And then there's Infusionsoft.com for small biz

Dennis-Small business is a hot space for SaaS, no doubt. There's another player you should know about, this one is for small business' sales and marketing needs: Infusion Software. Call it the coming of active CRM or "CRM 2.0" as many in the industry are referring to this greater functioanlity that combines contact mamnegament, salesforce automation, email automated drip marketing, online forms and ecommerce. Designed for small businesses 2-100 employees, it doesn't serve to replace quickbooks though. At $59/user, InfusionCRM is a good solution for those looking to graduate from an ACT!, Goldmine or where Salesforce and NetSuite are too pricey when it comes to getting the full automated marketing functionality.
