I've got a question..
Maybe you can pass it along, but how long until we know the color themes available in Office 2010? The CTP only has 1 color, although it hints at others.

Office 2007's color themes weren't set in stone until RTM, the Beta themes were drastically different than the final product.

As far as the ribbon goes, as a software developer, I love using it in applications that have a lot of possible actions. Working with average Joe computer users, most take a few minutes to get used to it, but it doesn't take long. They think "I want to insert a picture" in Word, so they click "Insert" and click "Picture" from Illustrations. Want to insert a Picture into Outlook? Same exact process.

It should be noted, for people who aboslutley refuse to use the Ribbon, 3rd party addins exist (Most for a price) that create a menu in the ribbon. This is how it should be. Developers, including Microsoft, shouldn't be forced to create 2 methods of completing an action, espically for a general public application. 3rd Party developers fill the void and take over responsability for the menu.
