Home Premium = For consumers, why upgrade?
When buying home premium, why should you upgrade? All the features offered in Pro & Ultimate are not for the average home user, but are all aimed at business use. (Bitlocker, AppLocker, RDP, EFS, etc, etc, etc.) There's really nothing there which the average home user needs.

As far as business go, they won't be using "anytime upgrade" at "any time" wink
