laughable ads

in one of the ads lauren chooses a dell studio for $972. when
custom-configuring a Studio XPS 13 to roughly match the
13" Macbook pro's specs now reduces virtually all of the cost
advantage and doesn't include features Dell can't replicate,
such as the 7-hour battery life, unibody, iLife, no viruses etc.

and she more than one emphasises that battery life is very
imortant to her. then why choose a laptop with 2,5 hour
battery life (and you have to replace that battery after at least
2-3 years) over one with 7 hours that lasts 5 years?
laughable.
