Looks more like they're taking their VM management tools and rebranding them as a private cloud infrastructure.
There is nothing specified in the Dynamic Data Center Toolkit that is analogous to the Azure Fabric Controller or Azure Data Storage. It seems to be not much more than a console to manage VMs and tools for gathering user requirements. - Posted by: curph01@...
