sleep apnea?
sleep apnea? sounds off-topic for Microsoft, but I can understand it. Military and health are two fields where there is a lot of money to be made if you can get a foot in. It's low volume, but high profit. And obviously there is pressure in a corporation to find revenue opportunities to support research.

My guess, there is a probably less than 3 or less people working on this, not a big deal for Microsoft, which is now close to 90,000 employees.
