RE: Microsoft's Gazelle browser: A layperson's explanation: I think all the talk about Kernel, Principal and operating system just confused everybody. After watching the video a while ago it was obvious that these terms are being used as an analogy. Put simply this is just a re-architecture of the browser to prevent cross-site scripting attacks, by using process boundaries at the site level rather than the browser tab level.
