They just don't get what their customers want
It is time Microsoft stopped dead in their tracks (yes it is their tracks, no one elses) and stopped dictating to their customers of what and how they should buy their product. if MS keep putting barriers up people will just go elsewhere or circumvent the agreements. Might is not always right. It feels like ground hog day with when Vista was released... Whatever happened to the customer being right, if you brass off enough people then nobody will bother with the upgrade this time either.
