RE: Microsoft: Windows 7 Upgrade deal maxes out at 25 PCs
I wouldn't want to upgrade from XP to Win7. Why? You inherit all kinds of problems that may be on the XP machine you think users tell you about the issues?. Better off with a fresh install than having problems after. You set up a perfect Win7 image, tack on the common apps and use it as a standard. Who knows how many XP applications will work with Win7. If you some how could upgrade and applications weren't compatible they would have to be removed and a more compatible application installed.

As for the belly achers who are complaining about the 25 PC limit, as mentioned, it was just 5 PCs from XP to Vista. As well, volume license users shouldn't have to moan about this.
