Since this "limitation" mostly applies to business...
... what does your post have to do with anything related to the story?

Businesses who are considering Linux are not interested in Windows. Likewise, businesses looking for a Windows machine are not interested in Linux. And if they were, it would most likely be Red Hat, not consumer oriented distros like Ubuntu.

Know your market - you might find you can focus your efforts better. Continuously posting Linux drivel to a Microsoft blog only shows that you have no idea how to win "the hearts and minds" of potential consumers. Piggybacking on Windows stories is not the way to proseletize your potential audience.
