the Customer, the Choice! or NOT!
Wouldnt the sensible thing here be to give the USER, the CUSTOMER, the CHOICE of what rendering engine they should use! Not just Word or IE8 but a browser engine of your choosing. Another nail in the coffin of Outlook.
