Hi Mary Jo, yep we've seen a number of APA pitches recently. The CRM angle looks interesting, especially for a customer who's competing Saleforce.com and Oracle's online CRM. The APA generally works out well if you're planning to grow rapidly, but you have to watch out for the end-of-deal buyout options.
