My prediction is that Linux will gain a critical mass in netbooks, forcing
MS to keep prices at or below the $15 range, and also eventually increase acceptable screen sizes and other restricted features. The Google brand could be something that will finally make Linux mainstream on cheap netbooks to start. For the short term, it will only put a lot of pricing pressure on MS.
