Ya know...I have the SAME problem...

Just to let you know. I have the same dang problem. Here are my two symptoms with IE8:

1. Sometimes the browser will just freeze. If I wait a few minutes it might display the page, but I ususally end task by then.

2. Sometimes the pages won't display. Same problem as you stated above.

I'll take your advice on the DLL.
