They probably have a skunkworks though.
OLPC on it's own, completely agree, but there is/are multiple ARM based devices in the pipeline. Certainly Android on ARM on a phone or netbook (both likely) is something Microsoft is tracking closely. I don't think they will get caught by ARM netbooks (assuming they take off, they may well be doing a wait and see) unprepared.
