Not sure Accelerators work with CRM Online
Hi MJ, Microsoft first announced the 8 CRM solution accelerators at the Microsoft Partner Conference in Houston in July 2008.

Many of the accelerators won't work with Dynamics CRM Online service because of the Live ID-based authentication and lack of support for custom reports and server-based code with Microsoft's service.

The Newsfeed Business Productivity accelerator, for example, was released this week, but the release notes state that it only works with the on-premise version of Dynamics CRM.

The 0% finance and SmartPay promotions have been running for some time too.

The 99.9% uptime SLA is good to see, especially given the multi-billion dollar investment they've made in their data centers. Most Microsoft hosting partners already offer this level. While NetSuite does offer an uptime gurantee (although customers have to calculate the downtime and then apply for the appropriate credit note), Salesforce.com doesn't offer anything.
