Well
With less money earned from Windows sales, and this is not going to get better with this crisis and the rise of the netbooks and nettops, Microsoft should begin to focus on other products potentially profitable products such as for example Xbox and the Zune. The Xbox has never been as profitable as it could have been be because of poor decisions from Microsoft.The same is true for the Zune. Both suffered from strategic errors from Microsoft as well as poor marketing. i still don't understand how Microsoft dared to release a console with such reliability problems. I also still don't understand why the Zune is not available outside of the U.S and why there has no really high end version of this media player.
I think Microsot need to strengthen not to weaken entertainment department.And throwing away companies like Bungie and Aces is certainly not the best way to achieve this.
