Arrogance takes the blame
They sit up there blowing money and thinking they're entitled to the number one position. They waste money on crappy POS music players and search portals. Hey, Ballmer, fire anyone who is not MAKING MONEY for your company. I didn't go to Harvard Business School, but I at least know that much.
