I would not say that "But the timing is amusing"
but rather more towards "not unexpected", (and actually quite logical).

It is about time. If every other competitor of Microsoft is going to run crying "Anti-Trust" to the EU every other week their products are not used, why not take advantage of the same EU commision as your competitors are?
