Gee, Maybe because they are laying off 10%
of their workforce, and more layoffs may be coming. Their stock price is tanking because of "lost opportunities" and they have no clear plan to increase revenue. The shareholders having several pending law suits for their $20/share drop in value due to Yang not wanting to sell even when the tendered price was 70% over the stock price at the time.

I don't understand it either. wink
