Have people been willing to VoIP with Microsoft?
I know the chatting, IM, conferencing, and traditional digital portions some organizations are willing to go to, but has there been many deployments of replacing the PBX with this?

I've been doing VoIP on Cisco for 8 years now, but I just don't know that I'm willing to trust Microsoft for 911 service.

Have many organizations actually "VoIP'd as they are"?
