The most important features for enterprise customers...
...have nothing to do with speed. Perhaps if Mozilla spent lest time working on TraceMonkey and more time building a proper Group Policy Admin kit for Firefox and an MSI so you can deploy it through Group Policies you would find it would have a much higher adoption rate. Right now Firefox is the Mac OS X of browsers. It can be really good but they just don't seem to care about enterprise, and as long as that approach continues you'll see very slow adoption rates.
