i assume the "bundled" services will still be piecemeal solutions - exchange, server, and live meeting, rather than a single seamless product. this will still require some configuration in part of small businesses, rather than a ready to use push button product. besides there are companies which have already been providing integrated messaging + collaboration solutions for years - http://www.hyperoffice.com for example.
