Sure but where was the PC market before M.S ?
and more importantly where would it be today without M.S ?
Sure there were O.S on each computer before M.S but was computer market aimed at being that big and at targeting all businesses and home users ?
Will there be such an exponential increasing of computer market size and a such a dramatic computer technology evolution without Microsoft ?
I personnaly think no as no one be it Jobs or other charismatic leaders in the computer market did have the vision of Bill Gates of one computer per home.
One can even wonder if Linux would even be where it is currently without the exponential development of computer technology Microsoft enabled.
