Uh, okay...
I'll agree Vista has its advantages, but as far as new releases go, it redefines "bloatware" to the point even recent systems, 32-bit ones due to a 4gb limitation, end up handicapped because the OS is such a fat pig.

Who developed Vista, and why are its requirements 10x higher than XP's? (15GB disk space vs 1.5GB, 2GB RAM vs 256MB, and so on... even Win2k Pro vs XP doesn't have such a quantum leap for system requirements.)

We can hope it's to bring in 64-bit computing power, but so far more OEMS than not aren't signing up with 64-bit drivers.
