Yes, I agree, Ballmer needs to go...
In fact, I don't know how old he really is, but he shouldn't get an hour older at Microsoft. It's the Chicago in me.

As far as Vista is concerned, damage is done, well done, and in fact, baked!

I am running Vista on this machine, a new install from the ground up. I used Vista 6 months ago and it was terrible. I gave it another go installing the latest drivers, SP-1 and some other things. So far, I am seing a drastic difference in the realm of performance gains expecially with Flight Sim X SP1, and the Age of Conan. I am glad that Vista has improved and so has the driver quality with the hardwar. Unfortunately the cows have left the barn and the barn burned down since -- The cows won't be coming home anytime soon. An illustration of the damages caused by the word of mouth.

Also I like to add, there is an army of people out here commenting on Vista and never tried it, but claiming with the rest of the world it sucks -- It did, no matter how you cut it, but pitty there are those that comment that has no personal experience.
