Vista image problem

Even Microsoft itself is admitting Vista has an image problem. Company execs are now acknowledging that the driver and application incompatibilities that existed for the first year or so that the product was out damaged the product's reputation and provided consumers with a poor experience. Microsoft is now claiming those problems are fixed and that users should give Vista another chance. It remains to be seen whether the damage done by the initial product release was permanent...

Vista's image problems are not just due to Microsoft bashers.
