What Do CSAs Do?
I know Ray (a bit) and he's never been an out in front guy. He's always too busy talking to people and working. I suspect that he's talked to many customers trying to decide just what would please and delight them.

He has another problem, too, helping Microsoft to decide whether to continue to have a multiple focus (consumer, education, business) or whether to pick one to really focus upon. Nearly all of Microsoft's failures have been in the consumer market (but not all) and it's so big they don't want to walk away.

But what pleases a consumer is quite different than what pleases a CIO with 10,000 users and a big budget. It is, indeed, a dilemma. I believe Ray is up to up. We'll see.
