Like I said
MS isnt going anywhere fast. And they have the windows monopoly
to keep the profits growing. But dont tell me they arent trying to be
everything to everyone.. since they obviously are.

Xbox...zune are a few of many examples where MS tries to muscle
into a market and fails but it doesnt matter because the monopoly
brings in so much money.

In mentioning OS X and linux was not an attempt to fire up the MS
fanboys like yourself but instead pointing out that the windows monopoly is under fire in a way it hasnt been before.. and that Both
linux and OS X are viable alternatives to windows.

Yes linux is spread around ... by individual companies and
organizations finding new uses for an open source and open
standards. Unlike microsoft who tries to invade all turf they deem
threatening and use proprietary standards to lock-in users then
become complacent and stifle innovation.. theres a big difference.
Maybe you should open your eyes and stop funneling MS cool aid.

Vista can and will triple and quadruple "sales number" since its forced
down the throat of anyone buying a computer.. but those sales
numbers dont mean anything for vista itself if users are downgrading
in droves to XP. What are you ballmers mini-me?
