Microsoft not pulling XP SP3 again (so far)

Activation is not always accepted with WinXP SP 3

This has been much researched, I planned for this, I put a name on every software, to make sure its used only on the Computer written for it, on the software, whether its: my HP, or my Fujitsu, or my Toshiba, or Dell Desktop, as I wrote, the name of these companies, are written on the software, to make sure I did not grab the wrong one. Everything was fine, until I installed WinXP SP 3 and sat there waiting on the internet for activation, it wrote, as I wrote earlier, that its used too many times, that I should buy more for $149, buy more, why should I pay $149 evertime I reinstall WinXP SP3 ? I can prove it did it more than once, I finished installing WinXP Pro, with Feb version of WinXP SP 3 I found at Microsoft Download Center, then waited on the internet for activation, it did activate, I removed the Hard Drive and set it aside, while I installed another Hard Drive I planned to use, because it was written to be much faster, I needed to prove it, it did not activate, while waiting on the internet for it to activate, it wants me to pay $149 to install more software, I still have the Microsoft UPC Label I tore off the box, if you want to see it, is real and I can prove it.
