- It's a done deal!

It's already a done deal. They are just waiting for some time to announce it in public. Major stockholders will have the final say on this and most of them don't want to lose more money. Merger with Microsoft will give them more profit. So we better watch out for an announcement by next week. They would rather go ahead with the acquisition through the different stockholders selling their shares than a direct wholesale buy-out so as not to be subjected to federal regulators.
