For the record, I requested more information from the European Commission regarding exactly how OOXML fits into its latest investigation and got no response.

I emailed the ECIS about their complaint too. Also no responce. However, their web site now has a news piece saying the investigation is based on their Feb 2006 complaint.

For a complaint and investigation about the lack of openess on Microsoft's part, its highly ironic that they keep it so secret.
