Oh, wow, I can't resist!

"Leopard is fully Unix compliant"
Wow, a 1960s OS. I am impressed! Actually, OSX is a GUI on top of a Linux kernel. If I want to run that, I have Ubuntu at home, which runs on my hardware, not just a Mac.

"Runs on 5 year old Macs"
Once again, wow! But wait, PCs are reasonably priced, so I can upgrade my hardware. Why would I want to run my new, fancy OS on old, out of date hardware? Must be a Mac thing. Hardware advances too, you know.

"Does not require AV software"
Boy, are you in for a suprise! Try reading some recent articles.

"Runs MS Office"
Wow, I guess us Windows users can't do that!

"Half the cost of Vista Ultimate"
Sorry, you have the wrong version. OSX is a home OS, and does not have the corporate networking features of either Business or Ultimate. Premium is the better comparison, and I paid $112 for Premium. How much did you pay, again?

"Isn't hacked on a daily basis"
Vista has proven to be very secure, under constant attack. Macs have been hacked easily, with little effort. Once again, try some reading about the total lack of basic security in Leopard.

"Allows you to run multiple OSs"
Sorry, it is the Mac hardware, not OSX that give you that ability.

Why would anyone want to switch to Windows? To run games, maybe, since it is the Windows OS that has the most games. How about to do work, since it is Windows that supports most of the world's business software. Maybe so that we can choose our own hardware, rather than accept the few models and options offered by Apple. Maybe even build our own system. Or maybe we just want a computer for a reasonable price, something that Apple has never tried to do. Just a thought.
