You have to upgrade to Vista. MS has dropped support for Windows XP. Office 2010 cannot be installed with out upgrading to Windows Vista Premium, Ultimate or Enterprise editions.
Attention: All Windows Vista versions will no longer be supported after July 15th 2010 due to MS's transition to the .ROUbar platform in it's newly release Windows Apocalypto OS. Anything and everything is subject to change.
