Is it Vista or the hardware?
Is it Vista that is slower or is the hardware that is slower. My newest PC is slow reguardless of what OS you put on it. The hardware just takes a while to get to the point where it will load the OS. If you sleep the OS takes seconds to come back if I reboot I might as well go make a sandwich.
