2nd gen Zunes

I'd thing that a 2nd generation Zune, or Zune phone, Zune 'nano', etc is probably where they're headed.

Another possibility: a purpose-built (and small) HTPC set-top that will deliver a full-blown Vista Home Premium (with it's Media Center functionality) into the living room in a dvd player sized package. There are specialty cases that provide "A/V rack" PC solutions, but it seems that none of them do it particularly well, plus they're all for DIYers. If a Regular Joe(TM) wanted to buy a pre-built MCE at Best Buy/CC/etc, they're getting a tower - not the ideal solution.

Last guess: yet another digital book/eReader
