The AP Deserves Some Protection
When you consider how much $$ the AP spends to collect the text and photos it distributes, it's hard to argue with the fact that they want bloggers who don't pay for it to be restricted in how much of it they can use.

Of course, as always, it's the details that define whether of not the proposal lives up to the expectation of reasonableness.
