Yes, it is time for 128 bit
While 32 bit is not quite history yet it should be considered for history in the next release of windows which leaves us with 64 bit apps. However, apps continue to evolve requiring more memory and to do more for us. It is better that Microsoft start thinking about 128 bit now rather than later. Of course compatible 128 bit capable CPUs would also need to become readily available
