A typical engineer
Chris Hernandez is obviously a typical engineer who observed, measured and duly logged everything he did, for the purpose of being precise.

When the data showed that they had indeed reached their stated goals he proudly publisized his findings on the net.

In a typical engineer fashion he did not realize that certain other people may not appreciate the finer points and his precision and that some are all to prepared to simply quote him out of context. It has already happened.

If he has not received a phone call from MS PR dept. he should expect one very soon.

Well, goes to show that MS does not have a rigid PR filter in place, as certain other companies. Points for honesty.

Adrian, you are of course correct. This is an artificial fringe case. It's hard to imagine anyone who have actually stored (and managed?) that kind of data in their user profile?
