Disingenuous?
Is it disingenuous for the media and the police to be singling out Phillip Garrido for the kidnapping and holding Jaycee Dugard as a sex slave? After all, he's not the only person to have committed that crime.

The FSF is in no way suggesting MS is the only company to commit these "sins". They are merely pointing out that MS does commit them.
