if user interface is the issue
Win 7's user interface is quite an evolution past Vista. The changes in control panels and Windows Explorer continue. The task bar may be the biggest single change, and even after using it a while, it's an issue. As an example, for an app pinned to the task bar (IE, say), it's single-click to open the first instance, and right-click and click in the jump menu to open a second instance. Jump menus themselves will take some getting used to.

While Win7's libraries are nice, and possibly the best way yet to organize for keeping user data on a separate hard drive, there are still too many applications that expect c:\users\[me]\documents to be the document roots, user choices and system configuration be d***ed.

I'm loving Win7, and I'm migrating now from Vista (where I was also a very satisfied user). But it certainly is a change, and it's going to be a shock for XP users.
